get your jog on!

okay me and my mom usally walk about 2-3 miles a day.
At first we could only walk a little ways then more and more and more now i can jog about 1/4 to 1/2 a mile
And i figured out the more u jog the fastest and easier it gets!

SO GET YOUR JOG ON!

It will help you get a good healthy weight.
it will make you healthier.

but dont over do it.

your not gonna run 10 miles on your first walk.

increase every time by just a little!
